How to use the winder safely


In our common coil processing, automatic winding machine is an indispensable processing equipment. This kind of equipment has certain operation characteristics. Many users have set up some preventive measures and safety rules for its characteristics. In order to prevent the occurrence of work accidents, in fact, as long as the correct use of winding machine can avoid safety. The occurrence of the whole accident, its components configuration and layout have eliminated the potential safety hazards, so in our daily use process, there are those more prone to safety accidents?

First of all, we should avoid finger winding by enameled wire during operation. We all know that the processing of a coil not only involves winding operation, but also needs to cooperate with certain other processes, such as adding interlayer insulation, wire head bandaging, etc. In the operation of large coils, finger winding accidents are more likely to occur, which should be strictly observed in winding operation. Dress regulations, cuffs should be tightened not to wear gloves, fingers away from the automatic winding machine before starting equipment, so as to prevent the occurrence of secondary accidents.

Secondly, the automatic winding machine avoids throwing things out when it is running. The speed of the winding machine is very high. If throwing things out, it will cause serious safety accidents. As an operator, the safety protection device of the equipment must be used reasonably, and the axle-following parts should not be installed without authorization. The spindle should be checked strictly before each shift of operation. Are the components effectively fastened to prevent the failure?

How to maintain the winding machine?

A) daily inspection: Daily protective maintenance should be carried out after eight hours of operation. At the end of the day, turn off the power supply of the computer and the machine, clean the dust on the back of the machine with a vacuum cleaner and wipe the dust off the outside of the equipment with a white cloth. If the environment is poor, maintenance operations should be carried out more frequently. Note: do not use organic solvents to wipe, which may damage the equipment surface paint.

B) Weekly inspection: Weekly protection and maintenance should be carried out after every 40 operating hours. If the environment is poor, the cycle of pneumatic lubrication device should be shortened. Note: lubricants and lubricants must be of good quality. Otherwise, it will increase the surface friction of the screw rod or guide rail, thus shortening the service life of the screw rod and affecting the accurate positioning of the machine. Warning: phosphoric acid and oxygenated hydrocarbon synthetic agents should not be used in the gas path of lubricating plants or factories. Check the equipment in the lubrication device. If necessary, 100CKR lubricating oil can be added.

C) Monthly inspection: Monthly protection and maintenance should be carried out every 200 operating hours. If the environment is poor, the cycle of pneumatic lubrication device should be shortened. The flow rate of the pneumatic lubricating oil should be divided into 5 minutes and 3-5 drops through the observation hole. The groove screw on the top of the lubricating device can be rotated to the back of the funnel to adjust the flow rate. At the beginning, it should be adjusted to 1/4-1/2 to open. The clockwise screw will increase or decrease the flow rate of the lubricating oil.
